This 30 min high intensity interval workout utilizes traditional and primal movements to build strength, mobility, and achieve freedom through versatile and functional movement. There will be a short warmup and cooldown times at the beginning and end of class while the majority focuses on an intense full body workout. We will use progressive movements to build into more complex primal movement as you learn and gain strength. This class is a fun and effective way to become stronger and learn fun and exciting new ways to move! We do a series of timed exercises every 5-6 weeks to track your progress! 

*Please bring your own yoga mat.
