Dirty 30 is the 30 minute version of Functional Training with a little more intensity. It's perfect for those people that want to get a quick full body workout in during the lunch hour. The workout is still time based with stations. Modifications offered for injuries or limitations. All fitness levels welcome! Fitness assessments and photos every 5-6 wks to track progress.
