Functional Training is a small group class designed to prepare you to do all of the activities and sports you enjoy doing throughout the year and do them better. Exercises are time based so no matter what fitness level you are in, you will get a great workout for your level. Modifications and progressions are offered to customize this workout for you while getting to workout with a group of like minded people. Fitness tests and pictures will be done at every 5-6wk to track your progress.
