Join Sabrina and Sydney for a relaxing and rejuvenating evening of restorative yoga and acupuncture! Justine will lead a 45 minute gentle yoga class with simple flows and yoga poses that help to calm the nervous system. Sydney will close the class with 15 minutes of acupuncture. The acupuncture helps maintain the benefits of the yoga by continuing to calm the nervous system and regulating the flow of energy (Qi).
