Do you ever feel self conscious about doing a booty workout at the gym? At YO! Fitness, you are in a private studio away from the gawking eye. This small group class focuses on shaping and toning the glutes while hitting other parts of the legs at the same time. The program is modeled after the workouts that fitness competitors do. Every 5-6 wks, before and after measurements and pictures will be used to track your progress. All fitness levels welcome!
