Adrian grew up playing almost every sport. She was a competitive runner from 5-30yrs old. Adrian was a 4x state qualifier in high school cross country, a collegiate national qualifier in NAIA, was ranked 14th in the 10k in 2007 in SoCal, and sponsored runner 2009-2011. After partially tearing her achilles, she retired from competitive running in 2012. Turning her focus to starting a family, but took up fitness competitions to get back in shape after having her first child. From this, Adrian found a new passion leading her to her first NPC Bikini win at the Denver Open 2020 going on to NPC nationals at the 2020 North American Championships and qualifying for INBF Worlds in 2023.
Adrian’s running experience naturally got her involved in the gym setting where she has been in the fitness club industry since 1996, a certified personal trainer since 2004, and been in management since 2003. She has a wide range of experience from Olympic athletes and celebrities to first time exercisers and special populations (injuries, complications, pre/post natal). Adrian specializes in transformations and movement assessments/gait analysis. Her training style is a fusion of circuit training, Pilates, boxing, kickboxing, running, and neuromuscular stretching. Adrian’s training philosophy is ‘Fitness is not a temporary state, but a lifestyle.’
